I have, when I've actually had to go, simply kept her sitting in my lap and using one hand to wipe and pull up my trousers and the other mitt is holding la bebe. Thankfully, I normally wear leggings/jeggings that can be pulled up easily and have no buttons. Beingness a mum makes you very resourceful!
